Personally I'd like to see the price point drop if only to expand the install base - with more people to sell to, more companies would expend the resources needed to develop top-tier Kinect games.

I have neither a Kinect or a 360 but the technology interests me a lot. Right now it simply doesn't have the bang-for-the-buck I'd need it to have in order to justify the cost.

The Playstation Move on the other hand....*yawn*. Whatever, Sony. Way to kinda stay relevant, I guess.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Nothing against it or anything, it just doesn't appeal to me at all.

At least the Kinect is supported though. I wonder how people who bought the Move are feeling right about now?
I would have gotten Move if more lightgun games were released for it. Oh well.

...and Child of Eden. Yep, same here.

Hmm. Maybe I will try Craigslist. But I usually prefer to buy my modern systems and accessories new, and then get my games used

I must be the only person who prefer it with a controller. Plays perfectly on it and does what I want every time. Plus I can freely move the other hand without the game having a spasm.

I might buy one if they'd lower the price to something a little more reasonable, like $119.99

Do you think they could be waiting for the holiday season? Maybe "Black Friday??"
Just curious....what about the Kinect would make you want to pay more than, say , $20?
Lol, I was just thinking about this subject earlier today. What would the price point be for me to want to go out and get a Kinect (this was after reading the Hogan Kinect game review - it scored a 1.0 at GI)?

For context, I've enjoyed the Wii, and my PS3 came with the whole Move setup - for which I have never set up.

I'd pay $40 but use the PS3 a ton more nowadays.
