Don't worry, SEGA owns the rights to the Daytona music. It won't be an issue.

I seriously can't wait for a Scud Race/Super GT home version some day. I've never seen Daytona 2 in the wild, but I'm sure I'd be nuts for it too.

I've never seen SCUD Race in the wild. One of the tracks was on Out Run 2 but it semed like a crappy track for an Out Run game.

Every time someone mentions SCUD Race I automatically think of SCUD the Disposable Assassin. I am forced to assume that he is driving the car in the game.

There´s Sega Ages Virtua Racing Japanese Version and for US/EU there´s Sega´s Classics Collection which also has Virtua Racing with extra tracks and extra cars, 2 player split screen mode.
I also never seen Scud in the Wild, only Daytona 1 & 2.

It looks like they added a few extra tracks if they're using the Saturn version. Are you sure this isn't an arcade port?
