I was speaking more of the way you play the game, in Ys the whole world scrolls with you, in Zelda it is one screen at a time. In Zelda you use swing a sword, use a boomerang, or a bomb to fight enemies. In Ys 1 you run into the enemies. In most versions of Ys 1 (not SMS) you have voice acting and anime cut scenes, in Zelda you don't.

Those seem like split hairs to me.

Actually, I thought we were going to have a poll for Adventure since not a majority voted for GAW. Also, take in account that 2 of the 3 methods to play GAW is on a modern console, which not everyone owns.
