So Bad It's Good!!!

Post by peace4myheart »

Anyone in here ever bought a game to play or collect just because it is so bad? E.T. is an example. I've heard so many "great" things about this game that I am curious to try it out just to see how "good" it really is.

Sometimes you have instances were something is so bad that it has a campnes to it that you may find interesting. ET is not one of those games. It's sooo bad that it is terrible. Maybe the only reason to play it would be if you wanted to be reminded just how good a good game you may own is.

Oh and the sound is Aagonizing.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

As a matter of fact, I originally purchased Shaq Fu: Enforcer of Justice as a graduation present for Fastbilly when he graduated from college. He still has it, actually...

Also, I've played E.T., though it was easily fifteen years ago. I actually didn't think it was that bad at the time...

I think Shaq-fu was okay. Smooth animation, diverse characters...just a little unbalanced and unfortunate use of the Shaq franchise. E.T. was okay too for me, certainly there were lots of games just as challenging/slightly-broken on the Atari.

Off topic, @peace4myheart, did you notice that every subject you post has either 3 exclamation points or 3 question marks? No more, no less. I like your excitement!!!
