Ah yes, I almost mentioned that since I know about that. A simple test, though I just wonder if there's any signs I could look out for myself right now. Dunno if I have the money for a simple blood test, no insurance and still unemployed. :x

I take it it's probably tougher to pinpoint, than say, something like caffeine. I've only had caffeine on a few occasions throughout this entire year and let me tell you... I can remember those days. It was probably just Dr. Pepper or something but wow, when you stay off that stuff and go back, it's insane. I was up ALL night those days thanks to the caffeine, and then I had the most insane headaches I've ever had the next day... caffeine withdrawal or something? Either way I've been on the path to quitting caffeine and never looking back, there is nothing good about it. If I need some soda I'm totally fine for Sprite, Sierra Mist, etc. Which aren't really healthy either, but hey... baby steps, haha. Least I'm getting away from the heavy dark caffeine soda's.

You can simply start eating gluten free and see if that helps you get rid of those health problems. Do know that once you start eating gluten free it's impossible to determine if you are gluten intolerant with that blood test, since you won't be making anymore antibodies and stuff...

And stuff = I'm no doctor, so I don't know everything involved in that test. lol

That's very interesting but it sort of make sense. Usually you have to add some sort of liquid to the meat mixture to act as a binder. The recipe that I use calls for buttermilk.

What do you mean by small jar? Is that the usual jar size you see in stores which is about 24oz?

Well, it would kinda suck if it turned out to be true, but you could go on a bread binge one day and see if you're worse off as it moved through your guts.

Even without gluten intolerance that would be a bad idea... lol

Shit, healthy vs unhealthy food topic, not good...

Well, a loaf of bread is cheap and a few extra carbs for a few hours or a day isn't that unhealthy. Of course YMMV, IANAD, void where prohibited, and all that jazz. :P

I'd recommend going off gluten for thirty days or so and then add it back in. Within a few days I definitely noticed a difference.

I suppose 16-24oz. Certainly no bigger than 24oz.
