Just got Two Worlds II for XBox 360 at GameStop for $20 brand-new. It's not Oblivion, but it's fun and fills the need until Skyrim releases.

I went to Oregon to see a concert last night (AMAZING! Five Finger Death Punch, All That Remains, and Hatebreed, and 5FDP ripped it up such an amazing live band). While I was in Oregon I stopped at the local Play-N-Trade. Might as well have been GameStop, cause it was mostly modern games. The classic game selection sucked big time. But I did manage to get Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for PS1 complete (Greatest Hits edition, though) for only $18.99 (plus no sales tax cause it's Oregon). I also picked up 4 Atari 2600 games for $1 a piece.

I bought the one Spacebooger was selling. I forget how much now. Waiting for load times were certainly longer than for a disc but it worked fine with the ISO I dumped on it. I mainly bought it as a curiosity and to possibly try before buying some expensive DC game without having to burn a disc.

Shipment from JJGames that arrived last night:

NES
Legacy of the Wizard
Ultima: Exodus
Ultima: Quest of the Avatar

SNES
Dungeons and Dragons: Eye of the Beholder
Wizardry V: Heart of the Maelstrom
Ys III: Wanderers From Ys

Playstation 2
Unlimited Saga

Xbox
Jade Empire Limited Edition

Gamecube
Lost Kingdoms

Game Boy Advance
Lunar Legend

Not a bad load for a little over $50.

I'm trying to collect every SNES RPG released in America, now I can cross a couple of the cheaper ones off the list.

Some of those "big months" were the result of buying bundle packs (Steam sale in August) or just large trades/bulk purchases (e.g. several bundles in the charity auction). If it helps you feel any better, I have probably parted with half or more of the games I've acquired in the past year.
