Added some very cheap additions to my collection this week.

Image
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 (PS1) - $1 via Thrift Store (OpShop)
Snowboard Kids (N64) - $5 via Salvation Army Store
Metal Slug 4 (PS2) - $ 4.50 via Cash Converters (Pawn Shop)
XIII (Xbox) - $1.80 via Cash Converters (Pawn Shop)

The PS2 ports are much better than the emulated Metal Slug Anthology (Only 6 is ported in the collection) far less slow downs and runs smoother, look great via component cables. I now own Metal Slug 4 and 5 for the PS2.

XIII for $1.80 was a no brainier, the case and slip is a little banged up but still great price.

Ah, I had no idea. I suppose the oXbox versions are also better than the MSA collection then?...

I have not played them on the Xbox, but considering they are Port's rather than emulation, as long as the Port is the same quality as the PS2 ports then they would be better than MSA in my opinion.

Got the following today at my favorite thrift store:

Image

Clone Wars/Tetris Worlds Combo Pack (Xbox) - $1.50
Half Life (PS2) - $1.50
Mario Party 4 (GC) No Manual - $1.50
Star Wars Knights of Old Republic (Xbox)- $1.50
Legend of Dragoon (PS1)(GH) No Manual :( - $2.50

I got there right as they were pricing a bunch of games they'd just gotten in, so I got my pick of all the good stuff. Good timing on my part. :D Disks are all nice and minty, too. And it was half-off day on all games.

Nice Find!
Japanese release only, there were a few games that supported it. I think in addition to the "VMU" dot matrix Tamagochi style games it would let you transfer saves or features from certain Arcade games.
