I got a game from a trader here, and when I received it it looked like it went through a terrible resurfacing process. There were several lines that ran from the middle of the disc to the outer edge. I had to pay for it to be professionally resurfaced.
Should I mention this in the trader feedback thread, or just ignore since all it took was a resurfacing to fix it?

Yeah, airing problems with another trader in the feedback forum is tantamount to slamming them publicly, even if you don't actually give them a negative point. At best you'll just offend them and put them on the defensive.
Talk it out with them or seek out a third party (like a moderator) to arbitrate if the other party is open to the idea. By the time you post about it in feedback, try to have exhausted all your options.
But once you HAVE exhausted those options and it is obvious the other party is both in the wrong and unreasonable, then you SHOULD post about it in feedback. We protect each other that way.

EDIT: if so, then a LARGE priority box is what? $14 anywhere in the US. And that thing fit the Xbox I recently traded.
