Is it worth getting a 360 if you dont have a HDTV?

well, i think because of the processing power, gameplay is better on the 360,

this is well seen on the new grand theft auto iv, which cannot be done on a regular xbox, such as the driving physics and other crap.

this generation isnt about new graphix its also about better gameplay due to processing power,

but what do i know

I just reserved a 360 so I'll pick that up tomorrow.

and in the next week or so I'm going to pick up a vga cable so I can use a computer monitor with it for the games that really need the higher resolution.

If its in stock anywhere when I go into town tomorrow I'll get it but if not I'll probably wait untill the price has gone down.

well, it wont go down for a while, and when it does it will go down a little, so my philosophy is why wait 6 months for the greatest game out now to save $15-$20 bucks?

this is the game to get (well for many people)

they are available on ebay for sure.

Here in the Uk gta 4 goes for £40 ($80) to £60 ($120)

I went into CEX yesterday and they had it for 360 at £60, USED! WTF?!

I went into every single game shop today and everywhere had a copy for at most £45…

One thing I have noticed is the 360 version is more expensive than the PS3 version...

I just got the PS3 version, fuck DLC. I've never bought DLC and I never will. DLC is the worst thing to happen to the gaming industry. Period.
