I don't understand this meme. A terribly acted line from a terrible movie. Is this just supposed to be some unfunny non-sequitor?
Nah, I just typed up something fast to grab that 1,000th post.

It's from a hilariously awesomely bad movie. YOU'RE TEARING ME APAHT, LISA! I don't think I laughed so hard at a movie that was not trying to be funny.
Btw, not to be the hipster or anything, but I saw this movie before it was popular to quote it as a "meme", and in San Francisco, nonetheless (which is where the movie is based). I even found his house in the Marina.
I'm on vacation away from home and I've been hitting up gamestops down in my old hometown.
I'd like to say that my trips to these stores have been quite pleasant. Clean, well stocked and helpful!
Its probably cause its something different to the ones I've always gone to. My local gamestops are small town and are always bare and dont have as much selection. Big Cities do make a difference!
Theres about six of them near me right now and I've already bought lots of games from them.
I am pleased that many of their games still have the cases! The cheapass in me got the 3, 4, and 5 dollar games and I was happy that they were complete!
many of the games that I recently bought were in my local stores in the past, but in those ugly yellow monstrocities! I dont like that shit.
the only sad thing about this, is that I am on a budget and and I may not have enough for the trip home!

I have 3 Gamestops near my house, and none of them seem to be as much of a problem when it comes to those ugly yellow PS2 packets.
The only one that has any of those disc only games is the huge one on Universal Citywalk, and they only have about 30 of them, and 3 racks of CIB PS2 games. The other 2 don't have ANY of those ugly yellow packets, only CIB and generic case games.
I have a number of Gamestops around me - nothing as horrid as the pictures CRT posted (who would even comb through those tightly packed sleeves?) but I still comment about the destruction of cases and manuals any time I complete a survey.
The other day the one store manager got me, I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Skyward Sword - that comes with the gold wiimote. For $20 more, what the heck. Impulse pre-order!
