I don't see any CGI besides maybe the explosion, although that whole background of the scarlett johanson shot might be green screened.

The shot of Jackson/Nick Fury at the bottom does look awful to me, lol.
Hope it's good though. I missed out on Captain America which I heard was pretty good, but I honestly didn't like Thor one bit. Especially action wise, the camera angles and CG usage was just terrible, couldn't see shit cap'n.

Since there some of the first officials stills, they've probably photoshopped the hell out of them. Then again they shine up and color correct the hell out of every shot these days.
