Does anyone still play with the original xbox?

I just hooked up my original xbox again just to play some old school arcade games since I have a 160 gig hd on my system. I forgot how much I have on the xbox. I was just curious if anyone still plays with the system and plays games like halo and panzer dragoon, blinx, conkers, and the other great old classics on the system on a regular basis.
I just have all the 2d fighter's that came out on the xbox and I have all the old school arcade and classic system's on my machine. Other than that I don't play with the box that often instead of playing classic arcade and retro system games.
I know it's cheating and it's not cool playing rom's but I can't afford every system and games that was on the system. I'm married with kids lol

I play it on a regular basis, maybe twice a month. panzer dragoon orta is usually what i end up playing, but im a huge fan of the KOTOR games as well, and they dont work well on my 360.

I do, in fact its only the last few weeks that I've started playing it - I only bought a couple of years ago to use a really cheap media machine, so that I can play avi files on the telly basically.

There are some great games on there, shame that my disk drive is starting to fail as I prefer to own the hard copies - especially as they are so cheap at the min. Its odd with the drive, some disks that I own are flawless and refuse to play, yet others that have minor scratches refuse to play. I've stripped it to pieces and cleaned the mirror but it made no difference

I probably play it once a week, usually Counter-Strike or Halo 2. Hopefully I'll softmod it near Christmas, my drive is starting to fail.

whats up with all the hard drives failing? I play mine just once a week and I am going to get a few titles relly cheap on ebay and thru pawn shops this week and I hope mine doesn't fail. Can't wait to pick up panzer dragoon and oddworld stranger's wrath.

Every time I've seen an oXbox break, it was the disc drive, not the HDD. Anyway, I still love and play oXbox, have one hooked up right now. It's still the best way to play greats like Mercenaries and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory.

I'm just diving into the oXbox library. Got myself a nice console from a friend, I just need a wireless controller and some component cables and I'll be good to go.

I still want an oxbox. Just kinda been waiting until I either have extra cash or find one cheap enough (or both).

i still play mine, but probably only will until Steel Battalion comes out for the Kinect . Then I can just throw out my oXbox and dump this clunky space hog of a controller in the trash.
