What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I am increasingly convinced that you have horrible taste in movies.
Are you kidding?! Chasing Amy was a total chick flick. A big ole love triangle that couldn't be any more snore inducing.

So Ben Affleck gets ridiculed around here for a perfect job at being Daredevil/Matt Murdock, but gets praised for a chick flick? And I'm the one with bad tastes in movies. Amazing.

What can I say, I'm your average, macho, stereotypical male when it comes to those movies. I don't enjoy like 90% of love-story movies.

On the other hand, I feel that Daredevil has got to be the most underrated comic book movie of all time. All the characters felt like they leaped right out of an 80s issue of Daredevil.

I hate those as well. Unfortunately for me, my parents and brothers like those sorts of movies, so I'm alone in my family. I just don't get it, why would anyone want to watch a fictional character fall into love that isn't real? Go do it for yourself, if that interests you. I watch movies and TV for wacky, amazing, improbable situations that will never happen to me, not for a reenactment of life's mundanity.

Yeah, cut off the end of that sentence to take it completely out of context: "when it comes to those movies."

I don't like love stories/date movies, sue me.
