Spoken like someone who smokes pot.
Funny, but seriously, not everyone who smokes pot is slow. Some very bright minds do it, some occasionally, a few often, one in particular I know (whose mastery of Ancient Greek and Classics in general is phenomenal for just starting out as a grad student) thrice a day. It happens. You should really look into some more neutral investigations. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's not nearly as detrimental as, for example, alcohol. What really matters is intake; I think that those who are slow or lazy and smoke pot are probably slow or lazy to begin with.
And I'm not even a pot smoker.
