N64-Banjo-Kazooie (Gotta celebrate that 15th anniversary)
Wii-Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon (I can only play this when I'm alone, that way the atmosphere can really sink in)
DS-Solatorobo: Red the Hunter (Easy to pick-up-and-play. Colorful world and very charming)

These are just what I've been actively playing.

I usually take cartridge games out unless I know I'm going to be playing it later that day. Always leave disc and portable games in though.

On consoles which have covers I generally do. Many of mine listed were just the last games played. On handhelds, my Jaguar, and my Turbografx I tend to leave games in just to prevent a lot of dust buildup.

I take the game out of the console when I'm finished with the exception of the PC and 360.
