Together Retro: Splatterhouse
Re: Together Retro: Splatterhouse
I plan to play the 2010 game and then play the version of SH1 on there so I can compare it to the PCE version (which I also have). I have heard that the one on the 2010 release in arcade-perfect, so I am curious how different it is over the PCE port.

...I knew I forgot to mention something on the TR write up. D'oh!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Did you draw that dsheinem
Is that the level 2 sewers?
And at the time did SH came off as a Fri 13th game?I like the resemblance to Jason.

Re: Together Retro: Splatterhouse
great job on the article Flake! I'm very excited about this month's TR, as I'm a huge fan of the series.
Besides the five games that were mentioned in the article, there's also a homebrew beat-em-up trilogy for Dreamcast, as well as a PS2 ripoff of interest: released as part of the Simple Series in Japan and Europe, there was a game called The Splatter Master that's worth looking into if yr a fan of the series.
ANYWAY, looking forward to digging in this month!

I linked the dreamcast homebrew in the main thread also - great choice for those looking for an avenue. Has both the NTSC and PAL versions btw.

I am playing through the 2010 game (Though I have not picked it up for awhile, it becomes fairly repetitive later in the game), I think I have unlocked all three games though, perhaps not the last.
