I think I read about a switch box on the boards here before but I can't find the post. Sorry if I'm repeating something that's been addressed before. Anyway, is this what I'd need to be able to switch my monitor from computer to dreamcast and vice versa? As it is now I'm manually plugging and unplugging the connector whenever I want to use one or the other. It's a pain and I'm worried about those little pins breaking off from wear and tear.
I ask because on this page there are a bunch of different types. I don't want to get the wrong one, obviously. To put my question another way, is "DB15" what I'm looking for to use with a typical monitor and DC VGA cable?
It seems like a cheap solution to my problem. Is that the best way to go? Thanks in advance for your help.
switch box for dreamcast
Yup, that box will work. However, you will need to buy a couple M-M VGA cables, like that page lists.

You'll need 1 for your computer and 1 for your dreamcast. Also, you may require an audio switchbox, unless your speakers/amp have multiple inputs.
As a suggestion, try dealextreme for this sort of thing. They have the switchbox for $7.63 and the cables for $4.72 including shipping to NA. They may have an audio switch too, but I didn't look.
