Anyone else here a fan of MMA? There are a ton of great fights coming up soon, and I personally am more excited to be an MMA fan than ever before.

Just to get things rolling here, who are you guys picking for this coming weeked, Jones or Rampage? I personally think Rampage can get the knockout in this one. Jones can throw some great strikes, but I don't see him bullying Rampage like he does everyone else.

i see jones winning easy. rampage doesn't want to fight anymore, he just seems to want a paycheck. he was one of my favorites since his pride days, but i just think he's done.

the one i'm waiting for is overeem to knock lesner's head off in december.

Jones is too long and too fast of a fighter..If Rampage can cut the ring off and lay hands on him he can K.O. Jones but I don't see that happening. I see a TKO stoppage via Ground and Pound in the 2nd round at around the 3 min mark.

jj toyed with rampage and trated him like a bitch. i don't if suga can do any better, but i like him being more aggresive with better wrestling. looks like jj is the spider of light hw.

I agree there are a lot of great fights coming up later this year. Some that I'm most excited include

Shogun Rua Vs. Dan Henderson
Cain Velasquez Vs. Junior Dos Santos
Brock Lesnar Vs. Alistair Overeem


I thought yesterdays UFC 135 event was terrible. The Mark Hunt/Ben Rothwell fight might have been one of the worst fights I've ever seen. No way should that fight have been on the Main Card. I really wanted Rampage to win since he is one of my favorite fighters, but Jon Jones proved that he is the future of the LHW division. That reach of his really causes problems for anybody.

The Heavyweight fights were horrible and boring. The Diaz Fight was one sided but if you are a fan of Jiu Jitsu it was a an nice chain of subs that led to a finish. I hate to see Koscheck win but it was a good one round battle. Jon Jones is the best LHW in the world right now and Rampages attack is too one dimensional to challenge him. All in All i give the event a C+...there were some decent prelims too.

Lol at ronda rousey this weekend. Girl looked like she never been in a fight before. Then her sore loser attitude, I have no respect for her. She's the woman's version of Royce gracie. Good at one thing beating tomato cans and hand picked opponents. As soon as the division caught up and she wasn't beating soccer moms, she gets steam rolled. Judo is no good if you can't clinch. Time for porn lol. Just go away rousey.
