I probably will hold on to it. I collect SNES games and I did not have this game yet :) . Hopefully you can find one for yourself (I know you had this on your want list).

^ That I do. Keep hoping to find in the wild, but no luck yet :/

Which reminds me. So my community had a city-wide garage sale yesterday. I never get "finds of the day" at flea markets, pawn shops or yard sales. So, I took the day off of work and hit 40+ sales. 2. Two. Not 1, but 2 of the sales had video game stuffs.

One sale had an atari heavy sixer in horrible condition, console only - $40
The other sale had an oXbox console and 3 sports games - $50

I need to move to Utah.

haha. i hate to laugh at your misfortune, but i have the same luck. i used to stop at yard sales if i had free time and saw one, but i don't even waste my time anymore. unless one is posted on craigslist about selling video game stuff.

plus, you also have to keep in mind that retro video game collecting is full of vultures. all the good stuff was probably gone by 8:05am.
if you took a shit, please put it back

Found a weird playstation controller adapter. I thought it was PS/2 connector adapter at first but it is 9 pins. But it was only a $1. Any clues?

That's a standard 9-pin mini DIN connector. No idea what it could be for though. Very weird. I wouldn't doubt that it's something weird that I've never heard of, there's been so many weird adapter type things posted here on RB since I've joined. Can't rule out the possibility that some one made it though. Perhaps some one cut the plug off the end of PS2 controller and put a female mini DIN on it, then a male mini DIN on the other, to make a disconnect like the Xbox controller has.

Is it just a cable with a PS1 plug and a 9 pin plug? My Interact driving controller pedals has a similar plug, but the wheel has the PS1 plug. Maybe its a Dance Revolution adaptor cable?

Well, it doesn't look homemade and it says radio shack on it. I tried looking at radio shack's website but couldn't find it. Do you know any controllers that use the 9-pin mini DIN connector? Maybe it was some radio shack playstation controller they decided to put an adapter with rather than wire a proper one at the factory. But that doesn't seem cost affective.
