ripping saturn games to bin+cue format?

i know racketboy already has a section about this, but that example uses an older version of cdrwin, that i can't acquire. i can only get the newest version, version 6 i think, and its too confusing and diffferent from the sample racketboy has up on the site. is it possible to rip to bin and cue via nero or alcohol? or can someone write up a tutorial for the newer version of cdrwin?

nevermind, i found out that alcohol 120% can convert to bin and cue as well as mds

You may have found out a way to do it with Alcohol... but I wanted to say that CDRWin is only at version 4 and it is almost identical to it's older versions (which I have all of on my PC for anyone who wants them). You can get 4 at their website
