- Jerry Lawler was injured last night when Mark Henry put him through the table with the World's Strongest Slam. The table didn't break away as expected, and Lawler was feeling extreme pain in his lower back. He was taken to a local hospital and checked for kidney and lower back damage.

the king has fallen!

also, at the end of Raw last i could not help to think that this is the "Outsider" story line. R. Truth, The Miz and Kevin Nash! the stable are just building.

Hm. The original "Outsider" angle was built better because it involved actual wrestlers who were from outside the company. (The Radicalz being another example.) But having Truth and Miz as upstarts and Nash... just standing there. Could be worse teams. (Like MHv48 leading them.)

Also, as a bit of off-topic for this topic: note the kid in the right corner pointing and laughing. WTF?
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.

In other news, Chavo Guerraro is awesome!

I disagree about Cena being better on the mic, because unlike guys like Chavo, half of what Cena says doesn't make sense

Cena breaking Flair's record makes my skin crawl.

My problem with Cena has always been that his wrestling skills barely rival that of the ultimate warrior, but he isn't nearly out of his gourde enough on cocaine like the warrior for me to look past it.

Its about going far enough. Half of what Cena says doesn't make sense, and its annoying.
Not a damn word that comes out of the Warrior's mouth makes sense, and its awesome.

Good points Mendoza, I love how R Truth has some of that craziness some of the eighties wrestlers had and it's actually part of his character

In other news, I feel validated in being one of the few internet fans who doesn't like the overrated Del Rio. STEVE FREAKING AUSTIN thinks he's not that great

http://allwrestling.com/News/39087/aust ... -rio-need/

Alberto sucks!

but you already knew that

There were people that liked him?

Why?

I dont watch wrestling much anymore, but every time i see him it just feels lame. Nothing about him is above average from what ive seen ie: Mic, charisma, in-ring, marketability.

So Wolverine broke Dolph Ziggler's jaw? Did he get too worked up after all his Rock'em Sock'em Robots movie training?

LOL

He probably felt horrible about that. I heard everyone backstage loved him. He was apparently a big wrestling fan back in the eighties and marked out when he met the Brooklyn Brawler

So someone mentioned some girl named Gina Carano recently and said he wished the WWE could hire this woman. I thought, "who the heck is Gina Carano?". Now that I've educated myself, I really DO wish we could get people like her in the WWE. She's the total package. She has model looks, some acting experience and is a legit fighter who can handle the physical aspect of pro wrestling. In fact, she'd probably pick up REAL wrestling pretty quick, unlike most of the bimbos the WWE hires who can't get through a match without a botch(coughKellyKellycoughcough)

Here's some wiki info on her:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gina_Carano

and if you do a google image search on her you can see how hot she is

Why does the WWE just keep hiring swimsuit models instead of REAL athletes?
