RB Store: PS Controller to USB adapter. Has anyone used it?

I was looking for a PS1 to USB controller and noticed that there's one in the rb store.

I guess my question is has anyone used it and do you recommend it?

Works on the ps3, but only ps3 and ps1 games.
The PS-button is not on this adapter so not possible to play ps2 games
Never tried it with pc, but it probably works flawlessly.
