I use Magic Engine. To me it has been the best emulator for the NEC consoles. I have used it to play everything form Turbo Grafx to PC engine HU Cards and CDs. I tried the free version and liked it so much I purchased a paid copy (after trying to get every free emulator to work). I like it so much I recently have been contemplating selling my DUO R and games.
