Perhaps playfully? In the sort of way that anyone who enjoys nature might be labeled a hippie? FWIW, one of the defining characteristics of hipsters is listening to underground indie rock. Then the pretension kicks in. Think: "I liked MGMT back when they were Management" kind of sentiments.

I just discovered that Rockstar, the guys who did GTA were originally the same studio that created not only Lemmings but also Uniracers! Wow!

okay so earlier today I found this very zelda-esque looking bottle:

I want to turn it into some kinda decorative thing, like make it into a bottled fairy or something from the n64 Zeldas. Not really sure where to start, other than that it'll probably have LEDs.

I love occasionally reading old video game usenet discussions from the 90s on google groups. It gives you a nice sense of perspective, how despite how much gaming seems to have changed over the years, there's still so much that hasn't changed at all. Graphics whores, endless complaining about whatever the dominant genre is, whining because Nintendo isn't 'hardcore' enough, armchair market analysts 'predicting' that their favorite system will be a huge success and their least favorite system will die a horrible death...

I most recently found a post from 1992 predicting that another video game crash was going to happen soon. Apparently Nintendo and NEC were going to be hit the worst.
