I think the thing that disturbs me most about that game is that it is a sequel, which means there had to be a Battle Raper 1 and enough interest to warrant Battle Raper 2.
I seem to remember at least one fighter that simply added a '2' at the end of it's name as a parody for how people thought Street Fighter II was the first game. Could have been this one.

I'll be using this list for selecting games for what I hope to be an annual April Fool's Day tournament.
The game you are thinking of was on this list, Strip Fighter II, a PC-engine game.

Wow...just wow. I am speechless.

It came out in 2010!? On what!? PC?
It was delayed until 2011, but it did eventually come out on PC. You can buy a download of it at Direct2Drive.

I actually have Buchigire Kongou: Battle Construction Vehicles. It is absolutely terrible but that didn't stop me and a friend from playing the shit out of it for a whole day.

I've messed with BKB, HORRIBLE as a game. But as a stupid-fun for a game room, priceless! Only topped by Yakyuken Special on Saturn (the JP strip paper-rock-sissors game).

I never have been able to get P2 side to work with a controller...which sucks because you can only play with yourself...(well, I think I said enough there)

So I've heard of all of those, owned a good chunk of them, and have heard all of these complaints before.

Sigh...

Yeah, what is it with game devs these days? Can't they come up with any new and original bizarre and perverted games?

I think what it is is that before the internet, it was easier to get away with selling unlicensed games for mainstream systems. Most weird stuff like that today is released on PC only, since there is no licensing there.
