I've been playing Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Mortal Kombat (2011), and Marvel vs Capcom 3 a lot lately. My son loves MvC3, he can't get enough of the Hulk.

I finished KOF XI the other day. I'd love to sit down the developers and have them beat one of their own games on a halfway decent difficulty setting. I believe they've even admitted that Magaki was a step too far, that's how exceptionally frustrating a game it happens to be. Good times, though.

Played a bunch of Ougon Musou Kyoku with a friend yesterday. It's a PC fighting game with Umineko characters. Going to come out on the 360 in Japan in another 2 or 3 weeks. Very simple control scheme, but it's lots of fun. 3 buttons for attacks and 1 for tagging in your other character.

Eh, every SNK boss has their tick. Honestly, I don't think Magaki had anything remotely close on the cheapness that was the early KOF bosses like Rugal and Goenitz.Balasubbie wrote:I finished KOF XI the other day. I beat KOFXI with every team combination at the arcades, at home on the Japanese version, and again on the American version. I couldn't force myself to complete KOF'96 even once.

Kudos. Mind, complaining about SNK boss is redundant at best. I've found Magaki to be exceptionally cheap, in as much as you only get a jump or a hit on him when they CPUthe7k wrote:Eh, every SNK boss has their tick. feels like it, seemingly. I see the likes Rugal and Goenitz to be like MK bosses, where you've
just got to learn how to out-cheap the cheap-daddies.

Finally got SF3:3s to run on FBA on my Ps3. So I've been beasting on that lately. And will continue to do so for a while.
