it seems like it's going to be a squash match.. Rock and "Super" Cena on the same team. :|

also this was TNA Impact main event last night:

sigh
Nah, Cena and Rock will not be able to work together and it will cost them the match. Rock will hit Cena with a Rock Bottom and his music will play as the show ends

I've given up on TNA. I think I may just catch up on Impact through my wrestling podcasts rather than force myself to watch it every Thursday. I think I'd be better served looking for some stuff to watch online from TNA's better days, like that awesome Gail Kim/Awesome Kong feud

which will lead their so called "hype" match into Wrestlemania.

yeah, ever since Hogan/Bischoff era took over it has been down hills for TNA. i gave it another try last night but i just couldn't take it. i'm surprised i survived through the main event. their storylines are so late 90s repeat and their young star.... sigh. they also need to bring the 6 sided ring.

I swear I have that same Flair/Sting match on the last Monday Night Nitro dvd I had made.

It's been over 10 years since then. Geez.

You can't even give them that much credit (saying it's like the late 90s). Back in the late 90s, those WCW storylines were great and worked well. The TNA ones, not at all.

But I recently read that their contracts are up in October and the Hogan vs. Sting match that seems to be brewing will be a sort of farewell match for Hogan.

Hopefully that means there's hope of getting TNA back to what it was. Granted, the ratings never moved much, but at least it felt better.

^Awesome pic!

I have to say, the end of this week's Smackdown was INCREDIBLE!!!!

Edge's interview questions were fantastic! Orton and Henry's promos were fantastic! Then Mark Henry DESTROYS THE ENTIRE FUCKING SMACKDOWN ROSTER!!!!!

INCLUDING RANDY ORTON!!!!!
:o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

I hope he wins Sunday because they have booked him REALLY strong. At this point, I don't give a crap about Del Rio and Cena's title match. Henry/Orton has been booked sooooooooo much better!! Hell, it's been booked even better than the Punk/Triple H match

I haven't watched wrestling since probably around 2000 or so but it was on TV while I was at a restaurant the other day. Brett Hart came out with John Cena and gave some random fat guy the Sharp shooter and it was awesome. Then Jerry the King Lawler was in a tag team match with some other guy I've never heard of and he was sporting the good old fashioned 1-shoulder tights and crown. It was awesome to see such icons again and it really made me miss the good old days of wrestling. :')

Nice - I always wanted to pick up the complete Shotgun Saturday Night custom set, but they are all missing the same episode.

I've used a couple guys on there - I have a complete Clash of the Champions set with custom art and cases.

The guy I used to use for custom wrestler sets (heatermania) seems to be gone, which is a shame. His stuff was great. I've got a Sheamus pre-WWE set, Daniel Bryan in ROH set, all of Jericho's stuff from ecw/wcw/wwf and more.

Things I want to see tonight, but don't expect to

Mark Henry beating Randy Orton - Given how many times Orton has squashed Christian, I'd like to see Henry dominate him in their feud in the same fashion. Henry is the best built heel on the entire WWE roster right now. He SHOULD get the title

Cena beating Del Rio - I can't believe I just typed that. I can't stand Cena, but Del Rio is so boring. He's JBL light and I never liked JBL either, but he was far more effective as a heel than Del Rio because his promo ability was far superior. With amazing heels like Henry, Truth, Christian, Cody Rhodes and Miz on the WWE roster, Del Rio just looks like a mid carder pretending to be a main eventer

Punk beating Triple H - Triple H doesn't need any more wins in his career. A Punk victory is about the only thing that can salvage this poorly handled feud. I hope Nash trips and falls over when he makes his inevitable, lame run in

I don't care who wins the Tag title match, as I'd be pretty happy either way. However, Miz and Truth are so far above Borne and Kofi in credibility. How do you have the Awesome Truth lose in a believable way?

An appearance by the Kings of Wrestling. I like surprises on my pay per views damnit!
