Loved it, but how come Emma Frost was in her 30s in this movie (set in the early '60s), but yet in the Wolverine movie (around the early '90s), she's somewhere in the 12-14 ballpark? Was January Jones' Emma Frost the mother of the one we saw in Wolverine? Aside from that, loved the 1960s aesthetic which seems to be catching on due to the popularity of Mad Men.
First Class ignores Origins and X-Men 3 iirc.
As it rightly should.
But boy, did Emma Frost look hot in this one!...

Aliens: Sort of like Alien, only this time there was a plural of them. I thought it was a great movie, easily as good as the first. Not too many sequels can pull that off. My only gripe is that it didn't break the Hollywood cliche of "the kid can't die." 'Cmon guys, in reality, the kids would be the first to go in a situation like that.

Well, Newt was there so that Ripley could be a mother figure since her own daughter died while drifting after the first movie. If you watch the 1991 version with the extra 17 minutes you know that plenty of kids die.

There are over 500 pages in the topic, has anyone put a porn title for their last 'movie' seen? :P
 (FC, AVFC, NES, SFC x2, SNES, N64, GC x2, Wii x2)*(G&W x7, GB, GBpocket, GBASP, DS-L x2)
(GEN, SS x3, DC x3)*(PCE-Duo)*(Xbox:500GB)*(NGCDZ, NGPC)*(PS1, PStwo, PS3:160GB, PSP.3K)

1.) Fixed BoringSupreez's comment.
2.) Don't watch Alien 3 if you want Newt to live.

2.) Newt stuff.
I think Alien and Aliens were both excellent. They were just a little different. The first was more horror and the second more action so depends on your likes.

See now I was trying to avoid spoilers, even if minor. :P

I did watch that version. But all those kids that died, they were the movie equivalent of nameless NPCs. Had they been on screen for longer, received names and personalities, etc., there would have been no way that they would have died. Oh, and thanks, Stark, for spoiling the third movie for me.

It's hardly a spoiler for the 3rd one, you're talking info that's revealed within the first 5 minutes.

Technically she's dead before the movie even starts. It's one of those things that makes you go WHAT THE SHIT REALLY?

Aliens is the best movie in the entire series, easily.

I finally saw Rio the other day, but I don't think I would watch it again anytime soon.
