It seems the author's last version was 1.40. Does anyone have 1.42 (unofficial)? Not having any luck looking for it... :(

Why not use VirtuaNES?

Because like bsnes, Nestopia is said to be the most cycle-accurate NES emulator.

Nestopia also has a nice Rewind feature. The Rewind function is much better than using save states to get past difficult games.

I think v1.41.1 is the latest one. Not too sure, though:

Yeah I've seen 1.41 but perhaps it was late-night searching that made me confuse a 1.42 build as being released. :?

Hmm, didn't know that, I'll be replacing VirtuaNES then. How's the netplay on NEStopia?

v1.42.0 has just been released.
This is not even slightly true.

Some idiot reading the thread found a file I put there
which was there for 2 reasons.
testing & feedback.

The feedback didn't come,
but he took the news and went and posted on emucr.com

created his own change log and now it's everywhere.

How do you think I feel about all this ?

There are many builds since then.
But it's too late, news like this is everywhere.
I hate it.
