Finger nails I clip regularly due to art an' guitars. Toenails... real bad about those, lol, maybe like once every other couple of months... or so.

I cut my toenails when they need to be cut. I don't follow a strict schedule. Same for fingernails and hair.

I actually bite and gnaw at my toenails as gross as that probably sounds...

Something about the act of chewing makes me relaxed. ...Never cared too much for gum though oddly.

Fingernails I clip quite regularly otherwise they start to become really, really annoying. Toenails are a different story. They are harder to clip since I often can't see exactly what I am cutting since the leg and foot are bent around so that the top of the foot is upside-down as I am cutting as I sit. When I get to my smaller toes, I have to hold the rest of the nail down on the skin while I clip the part that needs clipping off because I have a morbid fear of peeling the nail off of my toes as I clip since they seem small and fragile.

Not really dedicated, mostly bored.

Actually I don't even realize it most of the time when I do it, it kinda just happens.
