Makes fast-paced action games much harder though.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:it does the refresh rate is lower but the colors are more contrasted and vibrant too, worth the trade off in my opinion.Mozgus wrote:Yeah, I do. I love the brighter screen. But I think it has a bit more motion blur than the old SP.

It's true. I'll never go back to a first gen SP.Mozgus wrote:But if you were to see a 2nd gen SP, you'd realize how foggy your screen is.D.D.D. wrote:I have a 1st model GBASP and I've never had a real issue with the brightness of the screen (it beat the crap outta the GBA on any day) plus I love the clamshell.

Well like you said, "Makes fast-paced action games much harder though.", and that alone is reason enough for me to keep my eyes ignorant so to speak.Mozgus wrote:But if you were to see a 2nd gen SP, you'd realize how foggy your screen is.D.D.D. wrote:I have a 1st model GBASP and I've never had a real issue with the brightness of the screen (it beat the crap outta the GBA on any day) plus I love the clamshell.
Besides, I usually emulate or play GBA on my DS-L these days~ I actually haven't used my GBASP in over 2 years...
The DSLite screen is very similar to the SP2's anyway, so you get the idea.D.D.D. wrote:Well like you said, "Makes fast-paced action games much harder though.", and that alone is reason enough for me to keep my eyes ignorant so to speak.![]()
