Maybe I didn't catch what was going on.
What is there to catch? Wolverine wears boxing gloves, result = movie really sucks. Not as bad as green lantern, but really close.

ANNAPOLIS: This movie is awful. Really, really awful. In short, two guys who are in the military. but don't do anything (well, tyrese does something, somewhere, but we're never told what or where) but somehow still seem to not get along. So hey, why not change the plot and storyline and have them box? Okay! Boxing it is.

Some parts are laughable, but most parts had me shaking my head with my hands over my eyes.

I actually didn't think Wolverine was that bad. I was expecting to to be much worse, so maybe it's just a case of having really low expectations. Action scenes were fun though.

I agree with Annapolis though. I thought it looked boring as hell when I saw the trailers but that thing was just cringe worthy.

Fright Night 3D - I loved it, a really cool, creepy and funny update of a classic. The 3D effects were absolutely astonishing.

No Country For Old Men - I'm getting flamed for this so... what a boring, pretentious piece of garbage, the only good thing about this film was Bardem's character, that's it. The beginning was incredibly well shot and directed though.

I really didn't like it all that much when I saw it either. Bardem's character was interesting in a "wow, what a complete psycho" kind of way and was the only thing that held my interest. But other than that the only other way I could think of to describe the movie was "meh."

I really think this film missed what it was trying to go for.
How so?
The biggest problem for me was that relationship between Logan and Victor didn't really pan out as strongly as it should of have. They didn't really come off as brothers and the twist of [SPOILERS]his love faking her death for her diamond studded sister was recieved a reaction of R U SERIOUS?[/SPOILERS] It just seemed to me that there was a level that it could of reached if they just spent more time on the story more so than the action sequences.
Yeah, the movie could have been better but I actually thought the stuff involving Logan, Creed and Logan's girlfriend were the strongest parts of the movie. I loved the chemistry between Wolvie and Sabretooth and I totally bought into the relationship between Logan and his girlfriend. Low points for me were the casting of Stryker, what they did with Deadpool at the end, the Gambit stuff and of course the boxing scene.

If nothing else, the movie gave me a great game. I really enjoyed Wolverine Origins on the 360 a lot

I loved the movie (X-Men Origins: Wolverine). The only part that really bothered me was what they did to Deadpool in the end. Now they screwed up having him in the modern continuity of the X-Movies. And I was a bit bothered by Sabretooth being completely coherant here but a mindless beast by "X-Men"; but I can overlook it since the movie was so entertaining.

It really felt like a solo-Wolverine comic.

I saw the live action King of Fighters movie starring Maggie Q, Sean Farris, Will Yun Lee, and Ray Park. I knew it was probably not gonna be very good, but I didn't expect it to be that fucking terrible. I can't believe I got through watching it it was that bad.

So the script for the new MUPPET MOVIE isn't perfect. Maybe the director could have done more with the human characters.

But go see it. You'll be humming and whistling the tunes from the movie weeks on end. And although it's not the best muppet movie, it lives up to it's name as a muppet movie.

Amazing how some carpet with a hand stuck up it is way more convincing and believable than any of the superheros featured in the past decade.

Cowboys & Aliens
It wasn't bad. It has to be tough to mix the two genre's in a motion picture, but Daniel Craig is no wild west cowboy by any stretch.
