Looking for graphic/design help for blog - will compenstate

So - not sure which forum to put this in but i've been developing and writing for some time now but my achilles heel is graphical design and website layout (the tech piece of it).

I'm looking for someone with experience in both to help me put together a rad layout for Retro Sports Gamer World (will be using WordPress).
