All state power. Ferrets are legal in Texas, as are racoons with a license, but a Skunk is not. In Colorado I believe skunks are legal and raccons are not. Just thinking of what my introduction to anime was, at first I was thinking it was from the Sega CD's Sonic CD where they were showing the choppy, yet addicting anime sequence of Sonic rushing to kick Dr. Robotnik's ass singing the song "Sonic Boom" that's when I was around the age of 6.
However, if I want to be technical, when I was born I know I seen the first season of the ninja turtles and the animators who made that first season were the same people that created Dragonball.
Makes you wonder...wonder how addicting and the increase of nostalgia that would have been to see Ninja Turtles all 10 seasons at that caliber? lol
