Ristar is probably my favorite platformer of all time and I forgot about it. Derp.arnold_the_bartender wrote:Dynamite Headdy was already mentioned. Ristar looks pretty snazzy as well.

I think Streets of Rage 2 is a gorgeous game.

Every level is awesome and dripping with detail, joined with a brilliant sound track.

No denying that. In someways I kind of like the style of SoR2 more than SoR3 (more darker city based levels, or something, no idea).

Call me crazy but I've never enjoyed Streets of Rage that much. Maybe I should pick up another copy and have a go at it again.

^Ok, you're crazy.
Its fan made and all, but consider trying Streets of Rage Remake. Its hard for me to admit, but I have a difficult time going back to the original games after playing it. And I adore the originals.
Its that damn good.

My bro says nothing but positive things about the fan remix. Any word if there's a rom for it? I'd love to fire that up on Pico Drive.CFFJR wrote:^Ok, you're crazy.![]()
