Who Here Remembers M.U.S.C.L.E. ? Its an 80's thing!
There was once a "Gotta catch them all" before Pokemon!
These toys are called M.U.S.C.L.E. or muscle men. They're orginally from Japan and they were called kinnikuman. It has a long and popular following even now!
I remember playing with these when I was little. Alas I dont have those same ones from back then. But I have bought many in the past few years. The originals can still be found online and in the bottom of many toyboxes all over the country.
seeing these brings me back to elementary school back in 1987! Sharing them, trading them, fighting with them and getting them dirty in the process!
Post what you feel about M.U.S.C.L.E., one of the many awesome things to come out of the 80's

I had a decent collection of those many moons ago. Never played with them though, they were just neatly designed little characters.

I thought you were talking about the NES game too. Either way I loved both the toys and the NES game!
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!

The game and the toys were both adapted from this:

Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere!
Yeah, I remember these. They fascinated me as a kid. They seemed so weird and I had no clue what their back story was, but I still liked them.

I have a ton of them somewhere (can post a pic later). I loved Kinnikuman as a child. It has been making a comeback in Japan recently with all new toys.
Who remembers the knock offs called "Ninja Mites"? I have those as well.
