Cartridge problems

Post by Ack »

So, has anybody ever ordered a Nintendo cartridge, and found something branded into it when they received it? And I mean branded.

Is there a good place that I can order parts of cartridges? I have to replace the backs of a few SNES games...

yeah i've had that happen, usally something rental places used to do. Great idea...

I was trying to find somewhere that sold replacements, but then I realized it's easier to buy 50 cent sports games and frankenstien them. Also the item numbers wont match, is that important to you? From a collectors stand point, it decreases the value quite a bit.

Yeah, I felt it would be important to keep the numbers. I understand that if I ordered a 50 cent sports game I'm still gonna have to make sure the year is correct, since the copyright information on the back stickers changes in 1992. Is anything usually printed on the inside of the back casing?
