they are doing that. This is how they intended to "fix" the first run of the 3DS so that newer games requiring the 2nd stick will be playable.

Im debating on whether to sell my brand spanking new 3ds or not. on one hand, what the hell, it is the portable equivalent of a genesis/32x with that stupid add-on. B. THe lite will no doubt have a better battery life. However, i'm curious to see how the new analog tumor actually feels in my hand before i make another premature decision.

You are a brave man. I'd have abandoned the 3DS phat ship already. Soooooo glad I didn't buy a 3DS when it went for 130€

Well I'm pretty damn glad I didn't buy a 3DS now. First the shitty games and lack of software, and now this.

I'll decide in year or so when the new model is out, it's cheaper and there are more games on the market.

It's kind of weird how much Nintendo have started messing up. I guess it was inevitable.

Fvckingshite~@!$%%#! I seriously can't believe it's true. I'm actually a little concerned about the powers that be at Nintendo now. Seriously, WTF? :?

Nintendo should be mailing these 'things' out to everyone who has bought a 3DS if the second wave of the handheld is to include a second analog stick.
