Breaking Bad Season 3 Starts Tonight

Yea gus is good, but he's not that good. He's not making it out of this season alive. Or at least not in the meth business.

I have nothing to add. Nothing I've guessed would happen has happened. I can't predict this show. Jesse's lies to walt are becoming bigger. Gus's grudge against the cartel has turned out to be a personal vendetta and not just smart business. And now he's become another character instead of an obstacle for walt to overcome.

That background story to Gus was interesting, and left a bigger part of his history still in the dark.

Loved this episode. I thrive on flashbacks that give good back-story.
I loved seeing the tension in the car with Walt when he was asked to put the GPS on the car and Mike pulls up.

Can't wait to see the rest of this season, but I'm scared to think what kind of cliffhanger the upcoming season finale will be.


Also: I didn't quite get what Gus was saying to Hector in the final scene (before and after the flashback) Can somebody fill me in?

Before the flashback:

"Hello, Hector. The cartel has given me its ultimatum. To which I've said no. DEA agent Schrader, he's a concern. He's looking into my past."

After:

"Look at me Hector. Look. At. Me. [Gets up, pats him on the shoulder] Maybe next time."

That flashback left me with more questions then it did an understanding of Gus. The don said I didn't kill you because I know who you are to Gus just makes me want to know more.
Did anyone notice how pisted off Gus was after the questioning? In the elevator tapping his fingers just made me think he was about to do something bad ass.

Yeah, that's what I was saying. Also, the comments about his records. Hank was saying how he couldn't find his records from before he immigrated to Mexico, and Gus and Mike were talking about that too. WHO is Gus before he immigrated to Mexico?

That's why Gus is so bad ass. He seems so calm and content, but he's about to cut your throat with a box cutter!

AHHHHHHHHHHH, now I wish I didn't know. It would seem more organic if I didn't know how many were left, now it might feel rushed.
