In the user guide on byuu's page, the screenshot shows a SGB rom image dumped in sfc format. All I can find is boot rom in bin format, and it's only 256 bytes, so I don't know if it's the same thing or what I need to get it working.
I know there are other emulators that support SGB, but bsnes is one of the most accurate emulators out there and I want to try it out. Any help would be appreciated.
Trying to get Super Game Boy emulated on BSNES.

Re: Trying to get Super Game Boy emulated on BSNES.
All you need is the Super Game Boy ROM with the .sfc extension and any Game Boy ROM.
Then:
Click System
Highlight Load Special, then click Load Super Game Boy cartridge
Base: Put the Super Game Boy ROM image here
Slot: Put the Game Boy ROM image here
Then click ok to start the game.
The emulation isn't perfect yet, since he's working on his own Game Boy core. It worked fine on version .063 and below because byuu was using Gambatte's core, I believe.

Ah, I use Gambatte on the side, it's a great emulator. Probably the best.

Well, you're certainly right about the emulation not being perfect. Visuals are fine, but the sound is horrible.
Thank you again.
