Anyone have a Caanoo and managed to connect a usb controller

I have a Caanoo handheld and want to connect a usb controller to it, anyone done this?

I have tried a couple, but none have seemed to work yet. Remember, it depends on the game or emulator you are using if it even supports USB controllers at all. I think the Picodrive emulator does, but don't quote me on that.
