Maybe try some Royal Crown Revue for some neo swing sorta stuff? I haven't listened to their later stuff, but Mugzy's Move is great.

I almost never listen to music while working out as I never exercise at a gym. When I used to, however, Andrew W.K.'s music always got my adrenaline up.
