X-Men (the 90s animated series) is awesome. I just finished the episode "Cold Comfort". Great episode that revolves around Iceman. And not only did you get Iceman, but you get an X-Men vs. X-Factor battle!

Man do I miss this cartoon.

The characters are off, the writing is off, the animation is...okay. But they throw in silly stuff like Taz was a mistreated pet. WB cartoons really don't need an origin story.

And the jokes. Ugh.
Sorry for pulling up an old quote, but I somewhat disagree. No, the cartoons are not as good as the old ones. But the jokes are a little bit too on target. They are stuff I can get, and so can some of my friends, but most older people I know and the junior high kids don't like it. Its probably gonna get dropped because the audience is just to specific.

In other news, I like Popeye. I prefer the black and white ones, but the others are good too.

I am now watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

It's quite good.

It's My Little Pony! Nothing homo about it, just girly. There's got to be some joke I'm not getting here.

This thread should explain, if you read through the first few pages.

So there's a reboot and it's less serious and more Powerpuff Girls-like? I could understand that. I enjoy Powerpuff Girls. But then that's because I'm a comic fan and there are obvious comic book related jokes throughout that series.

Yeah, the director of the MLP reboot actually was the wife of the director of Powerpuff Girls and also worked on it herself.
