True bro, but it is good to mention that system as not even having a port of one of the best games of all time. That is what I meant, Xbox don't even have a port of it, so it could never be modded in the first place.
Sure, Dreamcast version is very limited, BUT it is still a Windows CE version, so it can be manipulated. We all know PC is best for mods, no doubt about that, but for consoles, Dreamcast is the best for PC mod ports of Half-Life.
