dreamcast prices
the port is easy, only thing you need to do is figure how the fan connects to it, then yu can ask raz for the correct port type.GagaMan wrote:One has a busted controller port and the two Japanese systems have disc spinning motor problems of some sort.
what does the gd-rom do? not read? not spin? you prolly just need some new Gd-roms.

Doesn't read, and doesn't spin all too well either. I think the motors are knackered in them. For how much it'd cost me to grab separate GD-roms, it'd probably be cheaper for me to get new Dreamcasts.vlame wrote:the port is easy, only thing you need to do is figure how the fan connects to it, then yu can ask raz for the correct port type.GagaMan wrote:One has a busted controller port and the two Japanese systems have disc spinning motor problems of some sort.

20 to 40 bones for a game system which effectively has a whole library made free if you have anything faster than dial-up sounds damn good to me too. Now the Prices on Nintendos are ridiculous, especially when considering how many there. It's usually better just to buy broken Nintendos and spend the time to fix them so you have a bunch of nice, spare systems lying around. I'm still thinking about choosing to get a DC or a Genny, but honestly, I'm thinking DC all the way if prices are that low.

i would get both, you can usually find a gene 2 for 20 and a DC for around 25. I dont make alot of money so when i go on ebay where a game is 15 bucks then buy it, then go to the store a year later and find it for 5 it makes me mad, but the store hardly ever gets a good DC game in.
