Together Retro Art

Post by UBERTRON777 »

I thought it would be a cool idea if we had a thread for fan art for the games we are doing. It would be interesting to see how everybody thought the games would look if they were shown in great detail. It would be a nice way of using our imagination to experience the games in greater detail. Anyone else think that this is a good idea?

I'm the worst artist in the world... but i appreciate good art and enjoy Racketboy's articles on fan art. Yeah I like the idea, most fan art I've seen are related to fighting games, todays Final Fight article is a prime example, so it would be nice to see some art of more obscure genes, Defender for example.

Another cool idea I thought of would be remixes of the music in the games. I know that is harder to make yourself, but you could probably find plenty of good ones that other people did.

Here's my fan art of one of the most annoying enemies in Kid Icarus. Pluton the robber.

Wow -- that's pretty good!

You should think about doing a while game screen.

Think Kid Icarus meets this

Although not visual art, this is an arrangement of some music from Ristar. This is the music for the second world for those who are counting. I find this background music to be the most enjoyable in the game, for those who want to hear my opinion.
