I witnessed this last night - the store I was in for the buy 2 get 2 ps2 deal said they had sold two DXHR and one of the guys was there when i was (and the coupon was taken out).

Old news my friend plus they recalled the games now, and are offering game cards and discounts for those that already purchased.

Hey, at least he still gets the box. That's gotta count for something.

On your other post you were asking about used consoles, never buy a used console from Gamestop. I saw an employee blow the dust off a PS3 vent ports with an air nozzle and test run it. This is refurbished?

I bought a Gamecube used and I got a third-party controller. I asked for an official controller and I was blatantly told no. I then told them if I'm not gonna get the official console then I should get a discount. They told me if I don't want it I could leave. They don't give a crap about the customer. But you deal with it because when they have sales you save a ton of money.

Gamestop treats their employees arguably worse than they treat their customers. I kinda don't blame them for being dicks. Just a little bit.
