NP, glad to be some help It was the only legal way I'd get Kingdom Heart on my PSPgo, so the more people that do it legally the better

Well, in the past, newer games often had anti piracy patches or required firmware updates to allow you to play a game (ala GTA PSP), so some people had a seperate PSP for playing legit games.

For me, both mine are hacked. I just use one to rip UMDs since my Go doesn't have a UMD drive.

I love the go! Probably my favorite part of a homebrew enabled go (besides the superb emulators) would have to be converting my own PS1 games into working eboots - especially those titles you probably won't ever see in the PSN.

Alright so this thread has ignited a new interest in the PSP-GO, as it looks like it's pretty doable to get it running homebrew and such. I used to be pretty up to date on PSP hacking, but that was back in the M33 days, and I'm a bit rusty now so if someone could point me in the right direction that'd be great.

Mainly, I want to know how CFW/homebrew is done on the PSP-GO, and what people recommend. It looks like there's the LCFW/HEN, for a proper CFW setup, though that requires a relaunch every time you reboot, is anyone using that here? Could you chime in on the pros/cons of such a setup?

I've also seen signed homebrew which just runs straight off of OFW it seems, this seems like it'd be the best way to do it, but is it easy enough/compatible enough to do? I.E. could I get a decent setup of emulators/ISOs/eboots using purely signed stuff?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Relaunching Hen/LCFW is only necessary when the PSP is turned off. (Really turned off; not sleep mode). It only takes like 5 seconds to relaunch so it isn't a big deal.
I'm using LCFW and it works great (I'm using a 2000 currently).

I myself use TN-HEN (with ISO loader) on 6.39 FW. I did it that way because its essentially an on/off switch. Like mentioned, you only have to reenable homebrew when the PSP turns off. With my experience, all homebrew runs perfectly.
