I saw them in concert in there hometown of Bakersfield. I can see why they got the urge to get the hell out of there.
Heh... I can understand as well all though I've never been there.
They did come to my city but it was an over 18 concert... the day before I turned 18
Ah well, hopefully they'll come again soon.

Next week I will be visiting the Sweet Corn festival in Millersport, OH about 40 miles east of Columbus. They truck it in by the semi full. Cooked in huge vats, dipped in melted butter. Add salt and pepper for perfection in every crisp, fresh bite.

This thread is dumb. With that in mind I have to contribute.

In high school a bunch of friends tried to talk me into buying tickets to see Danzig. I passed.

The day after the concert my friends were all bragging about hanging out with a new band called Korn. "Dude! Danzig sucked but there was this band named Korn that totally kicked ass. We got to hang out in their tour bus, and there was a guy named monkey, some dude named head and we had a few beers with them, but they kicked us out when five chicks wanted to meet them".

I responded with, "Dude. Really. A band named 'Corn?' That's so lame".

My buddy retorted, "It's not 'corn', it's spelled with a K and a backwards R".

"That sounds even more stupid"-Luke

I mean,on paper, it still sounds stupid, but holy shit did I end up loving the band. Too bad they only put out, what, two decent albums.

Is this thread about the band or the stuff that's occasionally in your poop? I still can't tell.
