I have literally hundreds of retro games I haven't had the time to play yet. I do plan on getting around to them later though. Thankfully most of them were very cheap.

As for modern games, I still haven't touched The Last Story, Xenoblade or Pandora no Tou yet. I barely played a little of Zelda 3D, and only about an hour of Star Fox 64 3D.

I decided to stop buying so many new modern games, since I just don't have the time. It makes more sense to wait 5-10 years and buy them for $5 each.

I've been playing the Ouendan games like crazy lately. Unlocked insane mode for both Japanese versions. Just having a blast playing these. (^_^)

When Phantasy Star Online 2 comes out in a few months, I will likely only play that, and everything else will just sit and collect dust. (>_<)

Yes >_>

Usually a particularly tall stack that I haven't even touched means a sale of some kind, but it's hard to say. I buy a fair number of slightly older titles that I'd like to add to my library, that are still available new, but that I don't have time/intent to play anytime soon. Usually I'll only go out on release day/week and pay full retail for something if I intend to play it in short order though (or it may be rare).

Thats exactly what I'm going thru at the minute, I havnt really had much cash to spend on games this year but I've still not been bored because of the backlog that I have.

I've normally got quite a few old games that I've either never played or only played once or twice, but I never buy a new current gen game until the last one is finished with, unless I see an absolute bargain. Its the cost that puts me off - why pay top line for a new release thats going to be half the price before I get to play it?

Nope. I only buy as I need to play. I've gone a couple months before without buying anything else because I'm entertained with what I have.

I haven't purchased a "new" game in almost a year, but I do buy used quite frequently. I like to play every game that I purchase at least once immediately after bringing it home; but it's the games that I keep playing, or choose to come back to later on that truly matter to me.

Do I own games that I haven't played? No.

Do I own games that I haven't beaten? Hell yes.

In the past I used to have a stack of factory sealed games... I'd buy games that I knew I'd like and would invest time in playing, but at the time I was so busy I really had no time to game. Ironically when I entered college is when I opened them all an' played for hours on end, lol.

Sadly I've got a nice chunk of PSX and PS2 games I still need to play, so yeah. lol

I don't think it's a huge deal to me though. I do hate that I have some games I own that I haven't even officially played, but it's nice whenever the mood strikes, who knows when that could happen, that I've got options! It's happened before. "I really wanna play that game... I yeah I have it!"
